About

I’m Alejandro Berdonces and I write bloom93 from Barcelona.

I built this website to bring together what is hard to find in one place: how each brewer is used according to its manufacturer, which gear really changes the cup and in what order it’s worth buying.

I’m not a professional barista. My job here is to gather and cross-check information: manufacturers’ recipes, spec sheets and each product’s listing. When I’ve tried something myself, I say so; when I haven’t, I say that too.

You can see how I work in how I choose.
